Hotels in China are divided into several standards. Normally we adopt three levels of hotels in our tour arrangement. We pay much attention on comments to our partner hotels.
The lowest level refers to 3-star hotels for Budget Class. Although such hotels hardly offer the lowest rate, we choose acceptable hotels with buffet breakfast, available reception to foreigners, clean and tidy rooms. Normally we don’t suggest local guesthouses or hostels with lower rate to our foreign tourists since we can not guarantee the service and safety.
The mid-price level indicates 4-star hotels for Standard Class. A great deal of national and international managed 4-star hotels occupied the majority of tourist market. We have many cooperated hotels to provide with competitive rate. It brings benefit to tourists with less money for a comfortable hotel.
The high level consists of three different standards of 5-star hotels for Deluxe Class. We classify 5-star hotels managed by local hotel groups as Standard Class, super 5-star hotels managed by renowned international hotel groups into Super Deluxe Class，such as Crowne Plaza, Marriot, Sheraton, and top-deluxe 5-star business hotels with international fame as the Top Class, for instance Westin，the Ritz-Carlton，Four Seasons, St.Regis, and so on.
There are no obvious distinctions between local and international hotel management groups on decoration style, luxurious enjoyment and excellent service, but some differences on management and international views. Compared with the international deluxe hotels, local 5-star hotels with their affordable rate are highly appreciated by tourists. We usually arrange local 5-star hotels in the itinerary. If you prefer super 5-star or top deluxe hotels, please advise us in advance. We will provide you the revised hotel arrangement accordingly.
During the trip, buffet breakfasts are served in the hotels. Normally we arrange ordinary Chinese lunch with one glass of soft drink at local designated tourist restaurants on the way or near the tour area.
Such kind of restaurants provide with the rest and quick lunch to save your time en route. It’s hard to say the Chinese style meals can fit everyone’s taste. Few tourists do feel unsatisfactory with the lunch we arranged. We kindly remind you that these are regular Chinese lunches which differ from the dishes in the formal restaurants.
It is no problem to delete Chinese lunch from your tour arrangement. You can inquire where to have lunch with the local guide in advance, and take your own lunch en route. Please note that this temporary meal arrangement will take your some visiting hours. If you demand better meal arrangements, we can recommend good restaurants near the tour area and quote the increasing cost accordingly. But sometimes, you have to spend more hours on transfers.
We strongly recommend you have own arrangement on dinners. As per feedbacks from clients, most of them prefer to have dinner on their own so that they can enjoy free time after visits. You can choose either to go to a local restaurant for a little adventure, a local flavor, a dinner show or to have western stlye food in the hotel you stay. The local guide and driver are willing to advise you where to go after a day’s tour.
