Yunlong Ground Crack and Qixing (seven-stars) Village are the two core visiting area of Enshi Grand Canyon. The most attractive sightseeing in Yunlong Ground Crack are the waterfalls. The waterfalls vertically connect with the river under the rift create a picture of the uncanny workmanship of Nature. French-Chinese Geological explored team spent 10 years on exploration and announced that the length of the underground river from Dragon Bridge River in Fengjie, Chongqing to Enshi Canyon is 50 kilometers, which is the longest underground river in the world. Another features of the Canyon are the Caves and the sinkholes, according to the statistic, there are more than 200 various sized caves and 108 sinkholes above the underground river in Enshi Canyon. The sinkhole was connected with the rift river. The characteristic of Karst Topography is the underground drainage systems by sinkholes and caves. There are at least 108 sinkholes above the underground river. The most similar geological sightseeing in China is the Karez Well in Xinjiang. However, the sinkholes here are natural which is extremely rare and spectacular worldwide.

In the meanwhile, Enshi Grand Canyon provides a big amount of constructions in the scenic area in Chinese traditional architectural style, such as the Fengyu Bridge (Wind-Rain Bridge, picture on the right). The most significant characteristic is the use of Timber framework or similar. Painting and carvings were added to the architectures for making it more attractive. Ancient Chinese buildings have a long history which have its own principles of structures and layout. And the facilities is purposed for making more convenient for the tourists to observe the sightseeing of the ground crack and providing a place to take break, because route of the ground crack might be a long way for most of the tourists. Walking among the path in the forest and resting in the pavilions where was constructed in Ancient Chinese Architectural Style will let the visitors have a different experience caused by the Unique Chinese Culture melt into the Nature where could not be seen in any other place in the world.

The other core scenic area in Enshi Grand Canyon is Qixing village where located in the area of uncanny 30 degree of North Latitude. According to the research, most of the most beautiful sightseeing and mystical global area are located in 30 degree of North Latitude, such as the Hanging Garden of Babylon, Shennong Stream, Bermuda Dead Triangle, Egyptian Pyramids, etc. As the picture shows above, there are two ways for the visitors to experience the spectacular sightseeing. The first one is hiking. After driving on the mountain encircled road, the next challenge for the visitors is the 888 steps skyline stairs. The total length of the cable car in Enshi Canyon is about 2285 meters, the height from the peak to the bottom is 792.5 meters, it costs 7 minutes from the start, in the meanwhile, you could experience an aerial view of the whole scenic area.

In China, there are a huge amount of mountains with cloud sea. However, compare to the thin and loose sightseeing, it is quite different from another famous mountains in China. The cloud in Enshi Canyon is generated and rised from the river, thick encircle the mountain which cause the illusion like the peak of the mountain is above the skyline. Standing on the peak of the mountain, the cloud is just right under you feet, it is so thick that the cloud sea is like the real ocean with roaring waves by the wind blowing. Because of the high sea level of the mountain, Qixing Village is the best platform to observe the sun rise and the sunset.

Transportation: Flight & Bullet Train to everywhere

There are many flights from some major cities to Enshi directly, such as Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, Guangzhou. Tourists who want to start the journey in another city in China could fly to Wuhan, and there is going to be the Bullet Trains (High speed Trains) to Enshi directly. The Urban transportation department provides several traveling coaches drive to the Entry of Enshi Grand Canyon directly, which the tickets only costs 20 yuan.
