1. How is the booking procedures with Dragon Delight?

Please refer to our booking procedures as follows:

A. Quotation
Once we receive the tour inquiry from you, we will propose you the itinerary with our best rate
for your tour in a very short time(with in one working day).

B. Amendment
If you are not satisfied with the itinerary we proposed or you have some specific requets, you could
feel free to inform us about these information by emails or phone calls, and we will keep amending the
details of your tour (based on your every request) until we work out the most suitable tour programme
for you. It is free!

C. Reservation
Once you agree on the details for the proposed tour programme, we will send you a Booking Confirmation
Form which once is filled out and sent back to us, we will book and confirm your service (by sending you detailed service confirmation) as soon as possible.

D. Deposit
Then, a deposit of 20% of the total tour cost will be required within 10 days after you receive all
our confirmation. Your reservation will be considered as firm until we have received your deposit. We
will also send you the Service Voucher if that is in need.
Note: For any urgent booking within one month, the full payment will be required at the reservation.

E. Finalization
To finalise the booking, you still have to settle the balance payment (80 % of the total amount) at least
one month before your arrival, and we will forward you the Finalised Itinerary with Tour Information (which including lots of helpful information for your China Tour) once the receipt has been confirmed.
