Brief Introduction (Hangzhou)
An ancient city known for its stunning natural beauty and rich cultural heritage, Hangzhou, the capital of China’s Zhejiang province, has added a new distinction - that of a vibrant cosmopolitan center. The G20 Summit held this year brings new world-wide interest to Hangzhou, a city long noted for its magical landscapes with gorgeous pagodas, pavilions, lush gardens, historic temples and fragrant fields of tea.

 
Daily Itinerary

Day 1
Upon arrival, you will be met & transferred to hotel by our English speaking guide. Rest of the time will be free for you to relax.

Day 2
Buffet breakfast at hotel. The tour starts from Yellow Dragon Cave Park where you can enjoy local Yue Opera for 10 minutes in each hour. From there you will walk up to Precious Stone Hill. Hike along the path with solid slabs zigzagging up to the hill and walk down to the lakeside. Enjoy cruise tour on beautiful West Lake. Stroll in the lake area to visit some well-known sights, such as Park of Fish Viewing at the Flower Pond, Su Causeway and Broken Bridge etc.
Lunch served at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, explore natural scenery of The Bamboo-lined path at Yunqi, The stone paved footpath leading into the Yunqi valley lined with hundreds of thousands of bamboo. Have a rest at Tea Plantation in Meijiawu Village to enjoy the view of tea gardens, drink fresh Longjing Tea and get to know its making process. If time permits, stroll at Ancient Hefang Street to experience local living style.
Transfer to your hotel. Own arrangement for dinner.

West Lake: A UNESCO World Heritage Site, is surrounded on three sides by undulating hills and boasts three islands and two causeways. Yellow Dragon Dressed in Green, Precious Stone Hill Floating in the Rosy Cloud & The bamboo-lined Path at Yunqi are among New Top Ten Scenes highlighting the beauty of the lake.
Yue Opera: It is one of China’s five largest operas. It is excellent in expression of emotion, and mainly shown with the singing. The voice is soft and impressive with a local dialect of Zhejiang province.
Meijiawu Tea Village: It is a famous Dragonwell tea plantation nestled in the hills surrounding the West Lake.
Ancient Hefang Street: This area is considered to be the best preserved part of “old” Hangzhou; where it’s still possible to amble among century old stores or pharmacies.

Day 3
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Stroll along Ancient Grand Canal and visit century-old Gongchen Bridge. Then visit Grand Canal Museum, Hangzhou local arts & crafts museums beside the Grand Canal and helps gain a picture of China's ancient craftsmanship. You will get a chance to paint your own oiled-paper umbrella at the Workmanship Demonstration Pavilion, where the oiled-paper craftsman will teach you. In the pavilion you can observe other traditional craftspeople working on their creations: crafting teapots, fans, umbrellas, chopsticks or even scissors, knives and swords.
Lunch served at local restaurant.
Afternoon visit the centuries old Lingyin (Soul Retreat) Temple.
Transfer to your hotel. Own arrangement for dinner.

Ancient Grand Cana: Approximately 1,200 miles in length and the world’s oldest and longest man-made waterway. It begins at Hangzhou and ends at Beijing.
Lingyin (Soul Retreat) Temple: One of the best known Buddhist temples in China which houses an 82 feet Buddha carved from camphor wood.

Day 4
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the airport /railway station for flight/bullet train to next destination.
