Day 1
Arrive Beijing ()
Our professional English speaking guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel upon your arrival. The guide is always willing to give you considerate suggestions for the restaurants and your other needs. Take a good break to recover from the long flight and jetlag.

Day 2
Beijing (B/L)
After nice buffet breakfast at hotel, we’ll drive you to visit the largest public square in the world ---- Tiananmen Square. In a short stroll to the Meridian Gate, you’ll see the Forbidden City (namely Palace Museum). Surely you will have a better understanding to the fascinating architectures with the explanation of our guide. After lunch at local Peking Roasted Duck restaurant, visit Temple of Heaven, originally served as a stage for ancient emperor to pray for good harvests. You can choose the Peking Opera Show (or Chinese Kungfu show) as optional in the evening.

Day 3
Beijing (B/L)
After breakfast at hotel, drive to the the Great Wall at Badaling and spend your time here for the classic views of the bastion snaking over undulating hills. After lunch at local restaurant, drive to your next destination. Stroll on the Sacred Way where stone statues guarding on both sides. The road leads to the the Ming Tombs which are the final resting place of Ming emperors.

The Ming Tombs: Consisting of mausoleums of 13 Ming emperors, is one of the largest imperial necropolises in China.
The Sacred Way: The way stood on both sides with marvelous stone sculptures by which means the road leading to heaven.

Day 4
Beijing/Datong (B/L)
Early in the morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to Datong. Meet at the airport and trasnfer to visit one of China’s most superlative Buddhist cave art ---- Yun Gang Caves. After visit the stunning caves and statues, have lunch at local restaurant. Then continue your historical trip to visit the Nine Dragon Screen which is built in Ming-dynasty.
Nine Dragon Screen: With 9 beautiful multi-colored coiling dragons, this Nine Dragon Screen is the largest glazed-tile wall in China and is an amazing sight.
Yungang Caves: One of China’s most superlative examples of Buddhist cave art, these 5th-century caves are ineffably sublime. With 51,000 vivid ancient statues, it has been recorded as world heritage by UNESCO in 2001.

Day 5
Datong/Wutai Shan (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel, transfer to visit Hanging Monastery who stands into the side of a cliff of Hengshan Moutain. You can’t imagine how superlative the craftsmanship could be until you see the views comparable with “Hanging Gardens”. After lunch at local restaurant, drive to Wutai Shan.
Hanging Monastery: Built precariously by the side of a cliff, the Hanging Monastery is made more stunning by its long support stilts. Influenced by Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, it is the only remained temple that reflects the idea of syncretism.

Day 6
Wutai Shan/Taiyuan (B/L)
Take a full day visit in the gorgeous Wutai Mountain (Five-Terrace Moutains). The mountain is famous and significant in concerns of nature beauty and religious position. You’ll have a chance to visit the most popular sites like Tayuan Temple, Xiantong Temple and so on. In the late afternoon, drive to Taiyuan.
Wutai Mountain: The gorgeous mountainous, monastic enclave of Wutai Mountain is the Buddhism’s sacred northern range and the earthly abode of Manjusri. It has been recorded as world heritage by UNESCO in 2001.

Day 7
Taiyuan/Pingyao (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel, visit Twin Pagoda Temple in the city. On the way to Pingyao, visit Qiao Family Countryard where Zhang Yimou’s Raise the Red Lantern was filmed. Continue the drive and visit 2,700-year-old Pingyao Ancient City Wall upon arrival.

Twin Pagoda Temple: This gorgeous pair of namesake wtin pagodas rises up south of the Nanshan River in Taiyuan’s southwest. Not much of the temple itself is left but the area is well tended.
Pingyao: China’s best-preserved ancient walled town, Pingyao is fantastic. It is listed as one of the “Four Best-preserved Ancient Town” in China and recorded as world heritage by UNESCO in 1997.
Day 8
Pingyao/Taiyuan/Xi’an (B/L)
Visit the Ming-Qing Street, Ri Sheng Financial House, Chenghuang Temple and the Tongxigong ancient bank bodyguard establishment. Drive back to Taiyuan to visit the Jinci Temple. Then transfer to train station for your high speed train to Xi’an (about 4hours) – the ancient capital of China. Upon arrival, meet at the airport and transfer to hotel for rest.
Jinci Temple: Different from most other temples that built for religional use, Jinci is an ancient ancestral temple built by Emperor Zhouwu in memory of his parents. The highlight of this sprawling Buhhist is the Hall of the Sacred Mother.

Day 9
Xian (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Accompanied by knowledgeable and professional guide, the excursion to Terracotta Warriors and Horses will be unforgettable experience for you. In the afternoon, drive back to the city for visiting to Big wild Goose Pagoda (landmark of Xi'an) and Great Mosque which is a fascinating blend of Chinese and Islamic architecture. The Tang Dynasty Dinner Show is optional for your night. (Fabulous music and costumes brings you back to ancient Chang'an)

The Big wild Goose Pagoda: It is one of the city's most distinctive and outstanding landmarks, possibly the most beautiful building left in Xi'an today. In AD 652, the Big Goose Pagoda was built to store the sutras and the figurines of Buddha, which were brought from India by a famous Buddhist translator and traveler Tang Sanzang, also known by his Buddhist name as Xuanzang.
The Terracotta Warriors and Horses: The most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century, the army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb.
The Tang Dynasty Dinner & Show: The show that presents the palace dances and sings in the Tang Dynasty.
The Great Mosque: It is one of the oldest, largest and best-preserved Islamic mosques in China

Day 10
Xian/Shanghai (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. You’ll have a half-day city tour to Shaanxi Historical Museum which is one of the best museums in China and The Ancient City Wall who witness the history of this city. Then transfer to the airport for flight to Shanghai. The guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to hotel.

The Ancient City Wall: Xian City Wall was constructed in the early Ming Dynasty on the basis of the Imperial City of Chang An (Everlasting Peace) of the Tang Dynasty.

Shanghai (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at hotel. You will enjoy the historical view of Yu Garden, Jade Buddha Temple and with lunch at good local restaurants. In the afternoon, the visit to the "Bund" and Nanjing Road shows the modern side of Shanghai. You can choose Acrobatic Show as optional in the evening.

Itinerary
Shanghai/Suzhou/Shanghai ( B/L )
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Full day trip by coach or train to Suzhou where you will visit Garden of the Master of the Nets, Lingering Garden and Silk Factory with lunch at good local restaurants. Afternoon, boat trip on the ancient canal in Suzhou. Back to Shanghai in the evening.
Garden of the Master of the Nets: Suzhou is famous for its the Gardens. Garden of the Master of the Nets is an elaborate succession of small gardens. In the garden you would marvel at this unique architecture art.
Lingering Garden: It is the best preserved among all the Suzhou gardens.
: Suzhou is also famous for its silk production. In the factory you can see how the silk is processed from the silk worm to the final woven cloth.
