Once rooms are confirmed, payment of 15% of the total room fare should be settled by wire transfer to our account within 15 days as deposit which is NON-REFUNDABLE. |

Payment of another 35% of total room fare should be settled by wire transfer
to our account by Dec 15, 2006. |
3)

Payment of another 30% of total room fare should be settled by wire transfer
to our account by Dec 15, 2007. |
4)
|
Balance payment of the rest of 20% should be settled by wire transfer to our
account by April 30, 2008. |

Any failure to comply with above terms and conditions will result in cancellation of
